We charge a flat rate of $159.50 plus GST which covers the service call plus first half hour of labour.

Do I have to pay a Service call charge if my appliance is not worth fixing?

If the technician visits your premises you will be charged a service fee. Sometimes a machine will be uneconomical to repair. Our technician will discuss this with you after assessing your appliance.

What are your warranty terms?

Workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of repair. Manufacturer warranty terms apply on parts fitted.

How long will I have to wait to get a technician out?

Where possible we provide same day service dependent on the time of your call / email. If this is not possible we will generally be able to get to your the following day.

What time will they be here?

When you phone the technician will give you an approximate time he will call if able to provide same day service. If your job is scheduled over the next 2 days you will receive a call the afternoon prior between 4pm and 5pm to finalise a time.

Do you offer an after hours service?

Our hours of operation are 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 11am Saturday. Calls outside of these times by arrangement only.

How can I pay?

We offer payment by eftpos, cash or credit card.
