We charge a FLAT RATE FEE of $135 plus GST which covers the service call to your premises plus the first 30 mins labour. Additional labour is charged in 15 minute increments at $25 plus GST.
PAYMENT OPTIONS – we accept Cash, Eftpos, Mastercard and Visa.
Payment is required at time of visit.
Service vehicles are fully stocked with spare parts and in most cases we will be able to complete your repair on the day. In the case where we need to order parts and return to your premises to fit and complete the job you will not be charged a second service fee. On a second visit you will only pay for parts and labour to fit parts billed in 15 min increments at $25 plus GST.

Unexpected repair bills? We now accept ZIP Money. Interest free payments with up to 6 months to pay.
All work carries a 90 day warranty as well as the manufacturers warranty on parts.
